The Training
Each day and session of the camp will present a unique training focus. Small groups and drills are tailored to match each individual's abilities and encourage improvement. Whatever your current level, our experienced coaches will help you to identify any weaknesses, improve technique and master new ones. We´ll touch on every aspect of Muay Thai from wrapping hands to clinching but never overlooking to perfect the basics.

Authentic Thai Massage
Thai Massage therapy has thousands of years of history and is deeply connected to Muay Thai. Proven benefits of traditional massage include relaxation, improved movement of range and circulation. After a weeks training, both the body and mind benefit.
Breathwork
Respire Effectively & Efficiently
Do you ever feel 'gassed-out' whilst sparring? Here we will learn techniques used by freedivers to improve the body's Co2 tolerance and ability to handle stress. These capabilities have huge benefits in Muay Thai, but also at home, the workplace and navigating stresses of daily life.
Calisthenics
Strength Session
“The beauty of strength”. Outdoor movement class. We look at how to program and incorporate strength training to complement Muay Thai. Learning varied bodyweight exercises and how to adapt them to any place or level.

Flexibility
Sunset Stretching
A special recovery session at a stunning and unique location. We will cover identifying imbalances, unlocking frozen hips and learn the tools to improve range of motion and flexibility. These skills will aid recovery and have you mastering kicks.

For optimal progress, recovery is equally important as training. The challenge of intense daily sessions is balanced with relaxing downtime; we will share with you the very best our locations have to offer. Away from the gym,
there will be plenty of time to unwind and discover local surroundings. Rest assured!

Food is life and good nutrition is crucial to recover optimally from intense workouts.
From Cypriot Meze to Maltese traditions, we have collaborated with a number of providers to share with you our tried & tested local recommendations!

Recover
Active recovery takes the form of a number of lower impact activities throughout the camp.
Dependent on location, this can range from a countryside hike through vineyards, to sea-swimming, snorkelling or an
Afro-Latin dance night.

Accommodation
& Pricing
We offer 3 tiers of accommodation options at each of our camps:

Private - Private room in one of our carefully selected local properties.

Shared - As above, shared (twin) room or couple PP.

Self Accommodation - For those wishing to arrange their own accommodation, this option provides full access to all training sessions, workshops and other activities.
